My son takes healthy food in his lunchbox, but ends up 'donating' his food to his friends. Haha! What would mummies here suggest as a dessert substitute to chocolate or sweets?My child needs a sweet treat in the mix of his healthy 'boring' food.

There are organic fruit gummies if you dont have the convenience of time. Does he like nuts? Macadamia nuts are naturally sweet and crunchy.
