Feedbacks on infant care

I’m planning to Enrol my daughter when she turns 3 months as I need to return back to work. And I somehow don’t feel safe about this whole idea. My Mother in law has to take care of another grand child so I have to look for a solution. Does babies really gets sick very often? And do they cater to their needs often?

I had the similar situation as well. I viewed many schools to have a sense how the school works. I only signed with the school which I feel most comfortable with. The month before I went back to work, I tried to let my LO attend half day first.
