I'm only at 29 days of postpartum period and I already had sex with my husband. Felt so tight and abit painful and sore.

It takes time for your hormones to be normal to even start lubricating. Most ladies will feel normal after 3 months. If you had virginal birth, maybe need more time to heal, and its norm to feel tighter cox maybe your doctor did a good sewing job.
