Anxiety attack

I'm now having an anxiety attack and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I can't control it :( Nabasa ko po pwede antidepressant?

also had anxiety attack when i was 30 weeks pregnant. my OB recommended na magpa-check mismo psychologist. medyo mahal nga lang. we tried several things muna like meditation and yoga. May apps naman for that. My husband also holds my hand everytime na matutulog ako since kalimitan sa gabi siya nangyayari. We also got rid of things na we feel that was causing it. Writing about it also helped.

i was still anxious until my 38th week kaya we opted to have a scheduled CS. to be honest my husband helped a lot. naintindihan niya yung pinagdaraanan ko kaya when we got to the point na malapit na na ako manganak, nabawasan yung anxiety and more on excitement na. we took it one day at a time. we prayed daily and nesting help a lot. nakaka-happy mag-shop for baby. you need a good support system, husband mo man yan, family or friends.
