Baby kicks

Hi, I’m now at 25 weeks but don’t feel any obvious baby kicks (I’m a first time mum). I told my gynae about it and she said my baby heartbeat and everything is fine and not to worry about it. When she did the ultrasound scan for me, the baby is kicking and yet I could not feel it. She said I might not be very sensitive about it. Should I be worried about this or anyone facing the same thing as me? I have googled for this and the search results are quite scary.

It’s okay if you can’t feel it now. Most importantly baby is healthy! The kicks are usually more intense and stronger in trimester 3. It also depends on your placenta position.

No worries by the time third trimester should be able to feel. Anterior placenta will be longer so maybe check with your gynae is it this or posterior
