headache :(

Hello! Im now on my 10th week of pregnancy and although mas malala ang "morning" sickness ko sa gabi, I get frequent headaches. Kayo rin ba? And anong remedy/relief other than medication? Ayoko sana maging dependent masyado sa meds. Thanks in advance!
