fresh milk or any brand full cream milk. If you don't drink milk, you can eat foods that contain calcium sources such as cheese, yogurt,soy, tofu,tempe, almond and green vegetables. You can also take calcium pills. ( on the advice of a doctor )

try minum susu anmum utk ibu preggy , ada prisa coklat kalau awak tk suka susu , sbb saya pun since kecik mmg tak suka susu and i try minum anmum preggy punya and yaa sesuai dgn i
If you don't like milk, you can substitut it with other sources of calcium + magnesium like soy-based products, other dairies, dark green leafy vegs or just supplements.
i just drink HL milk..more better for calcium..or another option just take some calcium pills
