Post Natal Massage

Hi all, Im looking for post natal massage for my wife however i have some questions.. 1) How long after delivery can we start with the post natal massage? 2) Any reccomendations for post natal massage packages besides TanaMera in Klang Valley? Thank you all in advance ??

I only can help for the first question. You can start as early as 3 days after delivered the baby.
