First trimester symptoms

Hi, I’m in my first trimester. I don’t have the urge for frequent urination. Is this normal? The only symptoms I have are morning sickness, swollen boobs, fatigue and loss of appetite.

I think it's normal. I don't recall having the urge of frequent urination. i don't have swollen boobs on my first tri. i believe you do not need to have all the symptoms since everyone goes through it differently. (; but if you are very concern, best is to ask your doc.
