Blood clots and bleeding

Im in my 2 weeks postpartum. After finished showering, I suddenly felt something lump of clot coming out from my vagina and I was right. The bleeding was so excessive that it dripped on the floor. Not long, my whole maternity pad was full of blood clots, and it kept coming out. An hour later, Theres no clots but bleeding is more than usual. I panicked when I see the amount of blood that came out...anybody experienced this before?😣
