Severe headaches

Im having severe headaches for 4 days straight now at almost all day sya umaatake. Im 12 weeks preggy and im not sure if its still normal. Took biogesic several times na pero walang effect. Are u experiencing the same?

ako din momsh hindi kasi ako palainom ng tubig pinahiran ko lang ng katinko ung ulo ko pati batok den nilagyan ko bonete ayun nareleave yung pain

May be a sign of dehydration or may kulang ka po nutrients. Are you taking vitamins mommy? Ano pong vitamins mo?
