Hi, u can open the pink book around 9w - 12w. But before that u must hv yr ultrasound result which showing the yolk sac & fetus with heartbeat from private clinic. U can do on 8w above. Then u can call to the nearest KK and make an appointment fr opening pink book & ask nurse what documents are need to bring together.
