First time Mom: To resign or not to resign?

I'm a first time mom to be and will be due on Dec. We're living together with my husband away from both our sides. Working po ako as an admin assistant and soon to be assigned as executive assistant sa highest ranked Manager ng aming company.

hi po! 2nd pregnancy ko na to at 28 weeks. ung first ko mc. ganito din ang sentiments ko bago ko kinausap ang boss ko. willing na ako to give up everything para kay baby. naging major factor kasi ang stress ko sa work during my first pregnancy. same tayo ng work sis. admin assistant 7am to 4pm schedule. why not talk to your superior or boss first about it? they could give you options considering na ippromote ka nila. pero you have to be ready with their answer. kung di ka nila mabigyan ng other options na suitable sa situation mo, that's when you decide if you will stay or not. i am blessed na ung boss ko pinayagan ako magwfh. pero once na 6 months na si baby i need to go back to the office. di ko pa nadesisyunan ung after nun. 😅. pero if you opt to choose resigning, hanap ka muna ng malilipatan mo na before doing it. mahirap ang mabakante ka sa panahon ngayon. talk to your hubby din. he might have better opinions about this. good luck mommy!
