Here is a guide on how long you can store the expressed milk for. At normal room temperature (23-26 degrees), breastmilk can stay fresh for up to 4 hours [up to 10 hours in lower room temperature, 19-22 degrees] Refrigerated milk can be stored for 3-8 days.
