did I have a miscarriage?

im expecting to have period by feb.18..but never happen so I wait until march ..but march 3 I have a crump then suddenly red/brown with white blood ang lumabas...so I thought its was my monthly period ...then the next day my blood stop until another day..then dat day again bumalik ..then nawala..anu poh kya un..thanks sa sasagot
