Opinion on how to solve constipation

Hi, im daddy to 5 month baby, she seems having hard time to poo poo ? anyone hav a suggestion on how to solve this problem?

consume breastmilk (bf) or formula (fm)? my baby took 1 week to poo (bf). but if fm, they need to poo everyday.

    erm. maybe fm quite thick, add more water. or go to clinic.
