Hi Mommy. I'm 4 months pregnant and nag surge ang weight ko after the first trimester. My husband is helping me monitor my weight gain. Lumakas ako sa kanin. So, we are both mindful sa kinakain ko. No sweets. No chocolates or ice cream. Strict 1 cup of rice per meal. More protein and gulay. I eat 4 times a day. I eat more fruits din. Yung matagal nag stay sa tiyan at hindi mabilis makakaramdam ng gutom like apple, cucumber, watermelon. yung snacks ko ay mga mix trail nuts kasi nakaka ease sya ng sudden cravings. (Almond, cashew nuts etc)
Limit carbs and sweets. More on green leafy vegetables.
