Nausea went off @ week 7

Hi I’m currently week 7 day 2. I had bad nausea lasting like the entire day since week 5 which caused lack of appetite or occasionally vomits when I eat. However, I noticed yesterday and today, I had 0 nausea symptoms and I was able to eat better. Is this normal? Should I be concern?
