No nausea suddenly

Hi I’m at week 7 day 3, was experiencing terrible bloating and gagging, occasionally vomiting for last week. But today I suddenly don’t have the nausea symptoms. No bleeding etc. I’ve seen the gynae yesterday and heard the baby heartbeat, I even ask gynae for dicletin cause of the nausea. But today it seems to have improved, and I haven eaten the dicletin for today. Should I be worried? #firstpregnancy
