Hard to sleep

I’m currently week 17 and I can’t sleep and I’m always awake, is there ways for me to sleep comfortably ?

You can use maternity pillow, have ur spouse to massage your back before sleep. During first tri and now at second tri, if I'm hungry ill eat bread or biscuits with tea/hot milo before sleeping. I am at 18 weeks as of now.
