Toddler jump on mommy’s stomach

I’m currently in my first trimester. 11 weeks 1 day... my toddler loves to jump over me when I’m laying down. Is it ok?

    Can it harm the baby? I’m quite afraid as my toddler accidentally hit quite hard on the exact spot where the baby is...
