I’m currently in my 12 weeks, my tummy now a days feel like very tight till I very uncomfortable. Is it normal or common? Anyway to reduce or help? Ty
Eat smaller meal, apply stretch Mark oil to prevent stretch marks (I use Bio oil). Note that it will get tighter as your baby grow bigger especially in trimester 3.
