when will be the appropriate time to announce pregnancy to our parents?

Hi. Im currently 6 weeks preggy. Confirmed with KKH urine test. First ultrasound is 9th dec. When is the appropriate time to tell our parents about the pregnancy?

For parents since they are the closest to you I presume, I tell them immediately after the blood test confirmation.
