Sa vitamins kasi yan sis kaya mtgas ang dumi..drink plenty of water sis..ganyn ginawa ku.. exercise every morning sissy.. 35 weeks aku nanganak..
Di pa ako pwede mag walking mamsh kasi low lying placenta pa ako. Check muna ni doc by next week if nasa taas na ba placenta ko then that's the time I can start exercising para prepare for labor and birth.
