I'm breastfeeding my baby, can I drink coffee? if can, how many hours after I drink then I can breastfeed my baby?

I read that caffeine levels peak 1-2 hours after drinking your coffee. I usually have one sachet a day, drink it right after pumping, and only start my next pumping session at least 3 hours later.
