accidentally peeing when vomiting or sneezing

I'm around 13 weeks now... Since the start of morning sickness, everytime I vomit I would leak some pee. It's so frustrating because sometimes I vomit a few times a day and I end up having to change my shorts and undies so many times!!!! (I use a pantyliner and still...) It's not alot but it's so annoying especially when I'm outside... Sneezing is safe 95% of the time but there's this one or two times too. Vomiting is the worse. Is anyone having this issue or is there a problem with my bladder ?

I only had this when I was sick in week 29. You can ask your gynae if they are able to advise.

Same over here I'm on 12th week. Same issues. I will hold the vomit and pee before 🤮

I always pee before I vomit, but still same 😂😂😂

Same for me. Toward trimester 3, it get worse cause baby is lowered. Hang in there!

It’s common. I’m now in 24w and sometimes I leak pee when I sneeze!

Get a longer panty liner or wear those thin pads during this period.

It happens with me also everytime..i think its normal

put panty liners and do kegel exercises

Do kegels. Fret not, it's a mom thing!
