Expanded ML

Hi. Im already in my 8th month and planning to file my ML. Nabasa ko sa news na baka ilabas yung Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ng new law sa May pa. May chance pa kaya na retroactive yung application ng expanded ML? Thanks

Yes sis as per law it’s retroactive lalo na sa mga butis na matatamaan nito. Since dipa na implement retroactive naman sya yun ang narinig ko sa news. Sana talaga maaapply ito.

Your welcome sis. Pag lumabas naman na yung IRR nyan sis oblige lahat ng employer na sundin ito.
