3cm dialate

Hi all..i'm already 3cm dialate at 7pm..how do 1cm progression like? Hours? And if waterbag breaks how many hours after will go labour?

Everyone is different. My waterbag broke for 3hrs plus but I still no sign of labour.. No contractions at all. In the end have to induce.
