Many babies would be turning around this time (you can see it by the time you do the growth scan), although some may only do so later. Head down is ideal for achieving normal vaginal delivery:) Without doing a scan, you can get a clue from the kicks. If there’re now around the belly button or slightly higher, chances are, the feet are up:)
