Iberet

i'm 8 weeks pregnant po. niresetahan ako ng ob ko ng iberet for 15 days and other vits like dha, calcium,multi vits at fish oil pero walang folic acid. sinearch ko yung iberet may ksama ng 800mcg folic. ok na po ba na yun lang ang itake?
