Is betadine feminine anticeptic wash safe?

Im at my 7.5 weeks pregnancy. I have been feeling itchy and a bit of a sore in my intimate area. Maybe due to the fequency of my urination. My doc has prescribed me medication for my UTI which I heard normally happens to some pregnant women. So I used Betadine feminine anticeptic wash almost every day and night until now. And applied fissan after wash to sooth the itch. But although it helps somehow, I'm scared I might have harmed the baby by doing so. Please help.
