drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily..eat fruits, veggies, fish, meat but not oily or fatty, cheese, nuts..etc healthy foods. drink anmum or enfamama. and take ur vitamins na prescribed ni ob.
drink mo yung vitamins mo mi and milk, add ka din ng avocado or saging at kung di rin naman mataas sugar mo kain ka din minsan ng chocolate or ice cream.
