Jabbing stomach pains

Im 6 weeks in. I experienced sharp stomach pain multiple times in a night. First when i was carry a bag (not too heavy) and later when i reached for something overhead. In between there were mild episodes of jabbing pain too though it comes in pangs and eventually subsided. No spotting. My earliest gynea appointment is 2 weeks later. Is this normal?
