Take your prenatal vitamins. Pa check up sa OB. Limit yung pagkain ng matatamis if possible refrain nlng. Kain ng gulay at prutas. Dpende nman, kasi bawat babae iba iba ng nararamdaman tuwing nabubuntis. Drink plenty of water.
