5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

pag 5 weeks dapat may makikita na fetal pole or any signs of early pregnancy. Yung sayo po parang malinis talaga. Have you heard of false pregnancy or pseudocyesis? Pwedeng ganun po yung case mo.
