5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Usually 10-12 weeks ang inaadvise na magpaultrasound para masabing viable ung pregnancy (viable means pregnant talaga not just through a positive pt but pregnant with a baby and heartbeat).
