I had cramps too. On and off. But one night was super painful worse than normal menses cramps so next day i went to private gynae for a check. Gynae advised it could be due to the sac detaching from the uterus which cause irritation and the uterus to contract. So was advised to stop all exercises and only walking allowed. 2 days after i actually had my polyclinic referral to KKH where i did another scan (based on size week 5) and found a clot in my uterus. So same advise no exercise, had to take progesterone 2x/day and go back for scan in 2 weeks.

hi, i am at 5 weeks and i have cramps too.
