What do you mean malakas ang heartbeat? Are you referring to pintig sa tummy mo now that you are 4 months pregnant? If so, hindi yan heartbeat ni baby. Perhaps that is your baby's movement in your tummy.

ano pala BPM niya? Baka what you mean malakas is yung volume sa machine? (I assume Doppler machine?) that's normal.
