I'm 38 weeks now. I've heard that contractions will feel like menses cramps or pain in the lower belly. But today I felt cramps in my uterus, something like tightening / poking pain ( dunno how to describe exactly? ). Not so frequently but on and off. Is this practice contractions? Or normal pain? Why is it not in the lower abdomen but it's the uterus.
