labor or not

Hi im 37 weeks 3 days today, uminom ako ng isang baso ng pineapple juice no sugar then hour later ung tiyan ko parang sumasakit like kirot talaga then medyo malikot then si baby kaya mas sumasakit sya, sign of labor na poba ito? or napasama lang dahil sa pineapple juice? Thanks in advance! #1stimemom #pleasehelp

once u noticed that u have the brownish discharge or reddish or pinkish discharge it means your cervix has opened already. Monitor the consistency of your contraction and it's interval. Download contraction monitoring app. Anyway keep on drinking pineapple juice or pineapple fruit for it helps you soften your cervix. May you have a safe and normal delivery mommy! 😇🙏
