wag m muna magpakastrain sa exercises..ako nga po @34 weeks bedrest dahil ngspotting ako until now nainom pa ako pampakapit amg early leave n sa work. Sa full term nlng po @37 weeks

Sakin advised ni ob 36 weeks start magtagtag. Pero yung onti onti lakad pede naman sis.
Start at 37weeks po or late part ng 36weeks mo para full-term na si baby.
Mas maganda po magstart ka ng 36 weeks
