Sa mga Mommies po dito na nanganak via NSD without epidural, may anaesthesia pa rin po ba bago kayo gupitin (episiotomy) or wala? Thank you po sa sasagot.

Wala na po anesthesia kapagginupit pempem mommy. Di mo ndn naman mararamdaman yun kasi super stretched na vagina mo by that time 😊

Hi moms! Is it possible po na magkaroon and lumabas nang maaga ang milk sa boobies? I'm 17weeks pregnant sa 2nd child ko now and kanina while taking a bath, may lumabas na white sa boobey ko. Ilang days rin na masakit kase likod ko na yung tapat din ng boobs. May naka-experience po ba neto?
