I'm 32weeks pregnant na po and sabi kanina ng OB ko kaylangan ko daw kumaen ng madami para lumaki si baby. any food suggestion po na mabilis makapag palaki kay baby? TIA ?

Healthy food pa rin po. Fruits, veggies, protein, carbohydrates, increase milk intake, complete vitamins from ob. Wag po kayo magbigat with fast food, salty, sweet or fried food po. Take care💕

Everyday fruits monshiee mas okay.. Iwas prin sa maalat. Healthy foods mas mganda kahit ano naman. Basta may pambili. Hehehe
