nuts! I find munching on nuts help to fill the stomach and feel less guilty. hehe
for snacks, maybe can try:
- nuts
- boiled egg (for breakfast)
- tomatoes, cucumber (personally like it cold from the fridge, satisfying to munch on sth crunchy!)
- "plain" crackers (I personally like Hup Seng kind)
- fruits (not mango/durian kind, but like papaya, kiwi, berries, apple)
for food, try:
- lesser fried foods
- lesser gravy
(anything lesser oil = lesser calories)
