Contraction or not?

I’m 29weeks. I’m not sure if contraction yung nafi-feel ko almost everynight. Nagta-tighten yung tyan ko. Pero di naman tumatagal ng more than a minute. Is it normal?

meron kasi na normal lang pero meron rin n contraction na pala.mas magandang advise mo si OB
