is it normal to have pain while on the 2nd trimester of pregnancy?

I am suffering from time to time from pain. I am not sure if it is contraction or something else.

Where is the pain located and any measures or intervention that you do to help relieve it?

Dont bend using your waist as it probably cause some pressure. Try to bend your knees when picking something. Try to get adequate bed rest
