i'm 23, and dont know what to do pa po? pa advice at pa help naman po ng do's and dont's for pregnancy. like, ano food na bawal mga ganun po. tamang search lang sa google pero iba pa rin yung may nakakausap ka, at nababasa na may experience to becoming a mom. hayyyyyy, thank you in advance po!

Eat healthy momsh. Sleep early. Avoid too much sweets, salty food and drink plenty of water. For sure wala kang pagsisihan paglabas ni baby at walang guilt ☺️ Most importantly, pray for u and ur baby's safety. Good luck momsh.
