Normal lang na constipated if pregnant. But if hirap na talaga you can ask your OB to prescribe laxative for you. Ako po nagpa reseta sa OB ko. Duphalac po nireseta nya to be taken at bedtime, as needed and safe for pregnant women. Now, I'm no longer that constipated unlike before. You can also increase your water intake and eat foods rich in fiber.
High fiber diet lang sis para better bowel movement. May pwede din suggest OB mo na stool softener. Ganyan po talaga. Sakin din nung buntis ako kay lo hirap na hirap ako. Nagka hemorrhoids pa ako.
c -lium fibre pwede mo itry..prescribed yan ni ob before pra hndi constipated. pwedr ka din mag yogurt..un flavored pra masarap.
Mommy dagdagan mo nalang water mo. Water water water. Wag ka muna drink na mga caffeinated. Tapos fiber rich foods.
water at iwas saging muna if constipated ka. tas water lang momsh. wag ka take meds n pang poopoo.
Kumain ka lagi ng mga prutas, mais tsaka camote yan lagi kinakain ko 2x akong dumumi sa isang araw
Better po kung prune juice inomin nyo every morning yun din nakapagpawala ng constipation ko
More water po.. DTi sa 1st born ko hirap ako pumoops.. Pero now sa 2nd hindi halos everyday
