Bad Constipation at 19 weeks
I'm 19 weeks and suffering from bad constipation. Anyone has same symptoms? What are the remedy? Is really terrible to be unable to clear my bowel.

prune juice works well. I also add some chia seeds into my smoothie for extra fibre. both works great for me!
chia seeds, dragon fruits smoothie! also I found a Japanese tea, decaf, for detox. work like magic
I drink plenty of water and ate lots of leafy veggies and fruits like pear and dragon fruit. 👍
My constipation improved greatly after I started taking probiotics!
i drink del monte prune juice. no more constipation issue.
You can eat oats with milk and fruits :)
maybe can try dragon fruit
