16w in 2 days, constipated, burps, nausea

I'm 16w in 2 days. Everyone says 2nd trimester is the easiest, but I am really constipated (my piles bled yesterday), burping a lot and dry heaving when hungry or after food, no appetite during dinner time, and really bloated after I forced myself to take some fish, veggie and rice. Anyone like me? It took me 7 years to be pregnant, but this journey gets tougher and harder 😢 😭

I find that oats, bananas and yogurt (probiotics) help reduced my bloating. I try to eat yogurt at the start of the day. you can also consider drinking lemon-infused water. try to take small meals or just snack throughout the day if no appetite for normal portions during meal times. if still don't improve, can get some prebiotics or probiotics. check with your gynae before getting it though just to make sure
